2 little horses

Lucky enough I am the proud father of two beautiful kids. 2 boys named Philippe Jr (15) and Jimi (12). Two different characters, two different physical appearances and yet undeniably the sons of their father. I am seperated from their mother and fortunately they have picked it up without too much trouble. We spent as much time together as we can (time is sometime the problem, I admit) and I may say that we spend it in a most happy way. My kids are always laughing and joking and try to pull jokes on their father. When we go out for drinks, food, or out on a weekend, or holidays (Marbella, Amsterdam, Brussels, we plan to go to Valencia and London next), we're really a bunch of guys hanging out. This is the dearest feeling I have ever known in my life, we hug, we laugh and always when 'on a trip' take a 3-bed room to make sure we can hear what the next one has to say.

Phil Jr is quite a 'girls-boy', he loves the girls and the girls love him. He knows it a bit too well, but then again, better that than the other way around. He's a clever boy, but way too lazy at school. Problem is his father can't get mad at him even when grades are low due to his laziness, but I've promised myself to get a little more strict, ask me again in a year. Very good with computers, he's been downloading, upgrading, helping his friends with (illegal) software ever since he was 12. In English that is, which is absolutely not his native language. I am sure that whatever he does he will end up an IT-wizzard and be happy doing that, although he still hopes to make a career as a model, but which good looking young boy or girl doesn't ?

Jimi is quite different. Ask him which concept car Porsche or Mitsubishi or Ford or Maserati had on the last Motorshow and he will plop it out of his notebook in 5 secs. Latest models are too easy, they're already on the road. Very artistic aswell, got that from his Aunt Monique. http://www.moniquebastiaans.com/ . The back of our garage is one of his playgrounds, I allow him to paint it in whichever ways he wants and for the moment that is Grafitti. Ask him what he wants for X-mas : paint sprays. Quite big for his age, as tall as his 15 year old brother but always wants to be hugged and still likes to sleep in Dad's bed when at home.

Both sons are at the Genk boarding school in Belgium, have lots of friends and will most certainly not tell half of the stuff they pull. Nevermind, main thing is that they're happy and I sincerely think they are.
